Soroptimist Village Foundation Inc. is a non-profit entity organized under Section (501)(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service. The By-Laws of Soroptimist Village Foundation Inc. provides for oversight by a Board of Directors consisting of 2 Members and an Alternate from each participating Soroptimist Club. This legislative body establishes the budgets, general administration mechanisms, projects, rules and regulations of the Soroptimist Village Foundation, Inc. The Executive Board is comprised of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer elected annually.
